Your Right to Data Deletion
At NativeFlow, we respect your privacy and provide you with full control over your personal data. You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information at any time.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you request data deletion, we will permanently remove the following information associated with your account:
- Your profile information (name, email, profile picture)
- Lesson completion history and XP points earned
- Learning progress across all lesson phases
- Saved voice recordings and role-play conversation sessions
- Quiz and assessment results
- App preferences and settings
- Any feedback or corrections you've received from the AI teacher
- Communication history with our support team
How to Delete Your Account
Delete Account in the App (Recommended)
You can easily delete your account and all associated data directly from the NativeFlow app:
- Open the NativeFlow app on your device
- Go to the Profile tab
- Tap on Settings (gear icon)
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account
- Read the warning message carefully
- Confirm your decision by tapping Delete My Account
⚠️ This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be deleted immediately.
Contact Support (Alternative Method)
If you cannot access the app or need assistance with account deletion, you can contact our support team:
Send an email to support@nativeflow.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your account
- Your request to delete all personal data
- Confirmation that you understand this action is permanent
What Happens After Deletion
In-App Deletion
- Immediate: Your account and all associated data are deleted immediately when you confirm in the app
- Irreversible: This action cannot be undone - all data is permanently removed
- Sign Out: You will be automatically signed out of the app
Email Request
- Confirmation: We'll send you an email confirming receipt of your request within 24 hours
- Verification: We may ask you to verify your identity to ensure account security
- Processing: Your data will be deleted within 30 days of verification
- Completion: You'll receive final confirmation once deletion is complete
Important Notes
- Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
- You will lose all learning progress, XP points, completed lessons, and session history
- Some anonymized data may be retained for legal compliance or service improvement
- If you have active subscriptions, please cancel them separately
- We may retain certain data if required by law or for legitimate business purposes
Alternative Options
Before deleting your account, consider these alternatives available in the app:
- Sign Out: Simply sign out if you want to take a break without losing your data
- Privacy Settings: Adjust what data we collect and use in the app settings (Profile → Settings → Privacy)
- Contact Support: If you're having issues with the app, our support team may be able to help resolve them
Note: Data export features may be available in the app. Check Profile → Settings for available options.
