NativeFlow is an AI-powered English language learning application that provides structured lessons and conversational practice with an AI teacher. The App offers:

• Interactive lessons with multiple phases (Warm-up, Guided Listening, Role-play, Pronunciation, Reinforcement, and Wrap-up)
• Real-time conversation practice with AI-powered teacher
• Grammar corrections and pronunciation feedback
• XP-based gamification system to track progress
• Personalized learning recommendations
• Comprehensive lesson library across multiple difficulty levels

3. User Account

To use NativeFlow, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Privacy and Data

Your use of NativeFlow is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. User Content and Conduct

You retain ownership of any content you create through the App. However, you grant NativeFlow a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, store, and process your content to provide and improve our services. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purposes or to transmit any harmful content.

All content, features, and functionality of NativeFlow, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of NativeFlow and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Subscription and Payment

Some features of NativeFlow may require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay all fees associated with the subscription plan you select. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

NativeFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. Our AI technology, while advanced, may occasionally provide incorrect information. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the App. Continued use of NativeFlow after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which NativeFlow operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
